    Unhappy Luke's Murphy

Well it appears Luke's Murphy may have sarcoma. He had surgery this morning and they removed a tumor the size of a pecan from his neck. Say a prayer for this sweet fuzzbutt and Luke.

For those of you who don't know Murphy he is a 9 yo pyr who just finished walking from Austin Tx to Boston MA for canine cancer awareness. This is a picture of him resting the day he stayed with us. How horribly ironic that he may now have it and very sad.

Then a few days ago Gnger who was so instrumental in organizing everything for Luke and co-ordinating all of his events and home visits just had her dog Pete dx'd with a soft tissue cancer.
