    Default Too Many Green Beans

So Reggie has been grazing on a lot of grass lately. Figuring he had an upset stomach and veggies might help, we added a can of green beans to his dinner tonight.

It was not the soup can size, it was the next size up. Which was fine - he is a big dog after all. However, Maxine did not eat hers. She is too picky to lower herself to food from a can you see. Reggie though, who has no pride at all, has no problem eating whatever looks edible regardless of where it came from.

So he ate hers too. Same size can.

So what should we expect in the next day or so? Anything to be alarmed about?

I have no clue - but I hope it does not go horribly wrong. I made the mistake of trying dehydrated yam strips on my two before a big trip. I was traveling with my parents and sister (Eric had to work) and they had the worst gas I have ever experienced. It was 100+ outside the car so opening the windows was not really an option. That was hell - I sure hope massive amounts of green beans don't do the same....

Maybe some mushier poo than normal but I doubt it. My girls eat a lot of green beans to keep them trim.

Can't be any worse than hummus. Maybe more colorful.

Lots of green poop. Probably won't produce much gas, but he may have to go urgently!

Yeah, when I add them to Tru's dish most of them end up on the floor....

So what was the end result? Were you up cleaning the carpet last night?

I dunno honestly. He pooped so much at Melissa's on Saturday that I figured it would take a day or two to build up again. But it is Tuesday and I have no idea if he even went. My kids are clueless, I see nothing in the backyard (although he likes to go in the treed area) so who knows?

It is not on my carpet though. So I consider it a win.

I thought you wanted it on your carpet so you could get wood floors sooner...

Glad to know that no carpet crimes were committed.
B&B think green beans are prime rib...They love those things...

Not as much as they love the TOTW canned food though. Bogey just about ate my hand the other night...

I knew I shouldn't have said anything. Reggie pooped on the carpet in the basement today while everyone was gone.

And that isn't even the carpet I hate. Double lose.
