    Default Ernie's Big Day

Ernie was surrendered by his owners to ESRA due to a child's allergies. He had been living in their back yard when a neighbor persuaded them to contact ESRA about poor Ernie.

As luck would have it, Ernie was suffering from some pretty severe allergies himself. His foster mom found a vet that donated the allergy testing, they found out what Ernie's triggers were and got his allergy situation under control.

This morning, Ernie got a new family - complete with his own six year old boy.
