Happy Birthday, Mimi
One year ago today, I pulled Mimi from the pound and knew she'd end up staying with us forever. It took her a good 8 months to open up and show her real personality. She's still learning to trust and is a bit wary of strangers. But she's so sweet and never "asks" for anything. She is content to curl up in a corner and mind her own business (perhaps the others can learn from her...). But she loves, loves, loves to be in the bed with me or my oldest daughter. We've decided to celebrate her "gotcha day" as her birthday....... Happy 4th Birthday, sweet Mimi!
