Puppy countdown...

I figured that I'd introduce my upcoming puppies. Its actually only one, but I won't know which pup for another couple of weeks. They just turned 4 weeks old this past Friday. So I'm half way there to bringing my boy home.

I was in contact with the breeder since before they were born, but it was also before we lost Mojo. There was a long waiting list, especially for the boys, so I figured that I'd have to look for another one. After they were born, I was happily surprised to find out that I was approved for one of the only two boys. I think that my boys secretly had a paw in that decision and thanked them for sending one of these puppies to us.

Tonight I also got a nice gift, the breeder posted the first videos of the puppies playing around! It makes the wait a bit more bearable. We all miss having a shepherd in the house, and I also think Kedge is going to enjoy his new big little brother.

Oh and no names picked out yet. I have a huge list that I keep adding too... but nothing is jumping out at me yet. Jay was going to name him, but he said it really doesn't matter to him so its become a joint effort.

We are missing our bubs a lot. Three dogs in less than three years is a hard blow. I guess its to be expected when they're close in age, though it doesn't make it easier.
