Wow a super quick response from Paco who said they would gladly repair the collar and gave me the address to send it back. Good thing because the 2nd rivet popped tonight :-)

Well that's good that they got back to you so fast, but scary that some important hardware popped right off.

That is scary. One of the things I love about Paco is their collars are garunteed for life. Lowes one with the wings went in for a total overhaul because they had a design that just did not work. I am just waiting for it to come back. They also did repairs on her star one. She has had that one from almost 3 years and it still looks great and she wears it everyday! They are very good about getting back to you.

So glad that they're taking care of things. That is scary, though, Pam. I would have only considered a Paco b/c I would have thought it's one of those collars that is so rough and tumble that it'd last forever. I'm super duper paranoid about equipment failure, so I just cannot imagine seeing rivets pop off a collar. With a squirrely guy like Milton that would be a freaking disaster. I'm so glad that you pups are safe and sound.

Hmm, maybe I'll have to send Indy's in for fixing then.

Jasper is a real puller. If you look at the picture it is the 2 rivets right under the buckle head. Kind of odd that they both popped off. The buckle was still holding because the next 2 rivets also hold the buckle.

I know Paco is horrified if one of their collars goes out sub par. They're really good about that. I'm looking into getting a tooled leather martingale for Araby from them, but they need me to send in her current collar, and she can't be nekkid. Hobo's collar has gone through hell and back, and it still looks great, the brass conchos are getting a really nice patina on them.
