    Default Hydrosurge Rapid bathing system

I have wanted a HydroSurge for years, but the cost of the whole unit raises an eyebrow so the desire to have one has waited.

Well I just found the HydroSurge Rapid bathing system, ordered one, and should receive it hopefully by saturday but probably Monday.

I can't wait to try it out. Seems like a simple enough system, and should help alot to mix in the shampoo with the water at the same time to gently clean not only the coat, but also the skin.
While I will post my results with this after trying it, I was wondering if anyone else has one, or knows of the product etc.

Kendra gave me one and I LOVE it! I can only use it in the warm months though because I have no outdoor access to warm water... and although I could hook it up to my shower (it is easy enough to do) my dogs are scared of the hair dryer and so my house would smell like wet dog for a week.

I can wash both Saint Bernards in less than 20 minutes with that thing. It is a jewel.

Does this allow the water to penetrate the fur better?
My last attempt to give Delilah an at-home bath was hilarious and a failure. I wonder if this would help....or not. LOL
I'd love to get my little kiddos in the tub. You'd think that since I was able to get bigger dogs in the tub for their whole lives that I'd be able to get these munchkins in the tub, but it's harder. Never tried with Milton, but the do-it-yourself groomer is already a challenge.

Its supposed too. The principle is down to the skin in a massage. This is the issue I have the most as 3 of 4 of mine are huge mudders, and getting that silky coat clean without breaking the coat by using a brush and to seperate the coat to clean, this looks like the solution.

I am thrilled to read so many have this, and now I reallllly can not wait to get ours.
/edit- By the way- in warmer weather, I bathe Zubin outside as this helps to give me more room to bathe him instead of a tub. LOL And Benjamin is going to be big as at 6 months old, he is already the size of Lindsey!

I bathe [the dogs] outdoors in the summer, but I've had to give up on at-home baths when it is cool/cold. Our groundwater is too cold to bathe outside most of the year.
I'd love to have a walk-in shower so that I did not have to get them over the hurdle of the tub!!

We had a huge walk in shower that was like 4x5 foot and that is what I used with the dogs. Here- no such luck ( yet...lol) so we deal with a tub.

I loved the one Lora gave me and did pass it on- no use in wasting. I like how it aerated the water.

    I think this is the same one -- this is from Lora's link and it's 49.99 {I thought it was 79.99 when I looked the other day? Maybe I did not see correctly}

Yes that was it http://www.rapidbathing.com/RapidBath.aspx and it was 49 dollars. There are a few cheaper if you look on amazon though, but still figure about the same price range.

With us it was the snow thaw, and of course, the grass isnt growing yet, so nothing to hold the dirt. Then add, like yesterdays 3 inches of rain, and Poof- 4 soaking wet muddy dogs from a 30 minute open run in the yard!
I got it today, but hubby was too tired to hook it up tonight. He had a rough day today, so hopefully tomorrow he will hook it up for me in the main floor bathroom. I read the instructions and seems simple and easy to use. ( as I eye the gang which one first... LOL )
