    Default Reading Body Language

As Abby and I get ready to work on her reactivity and aggression towards other dogs, I'm wondering if anyone has some good resources to point me towards as far as reading body language in dogs? I've got the book "Click to Calm" on order, and maybe they talk about it in there, but I want to be able to read about this and try to learn it. I feel like things happen so quickly in those moments that sometimes it is hard to read it all, but if the distance is enough I can read it early on and try to understand it better. Thanks!

hmm I dunno how you'd find them but forums I am on have linked to youtube videos that show various things like that...maybe "canine body language" would get you something? It's really hard to READ about...at least for me. I do much much better SEEING it happening.

Thank you so much! I'll take it with a grain of salt, but I also am more of a visual person so I'm sure this will be hugely helpful!

Yeah, the Calming Signals book is one of my favorites. And actually I just started reading "Click to Calm" and they mention that later in the book you sort of partner the calming signals with the clicking, so I'm interested to see how that works.

The trainer let me borrow a book called "Canine Body Language a Photographic Guide Interpreting the Native Language of the Domestic Dog." So far so good!
