Introducing Bailey

This is Miss Bailey Magdalena. She is 1/4 Akbash and 3/4 Great Pyr.
If she is approved by Montana Great Pyr. Rescue, this adorable little 4 month old will be joining us. She is spirited and full of kisses and managed to win over Scrooge's....I mean Jeff's heart and his two-dog rule! She will be joining pending The Organization's Approval but our home visit was done today and we Passed!

I am in heaven. Now, to integrate her into the B & B clan and extricate her slowly from her own tight-knit family at the ranch. But OMG she is full of beans and cuter than cute can be. cute cute cute cute cute. AND she's got the Pyr baby Rock n Roll hair do! I'm just a dither. I knew joining the rescue effort was going to be immediately fatal for me. Maybe NOW I can get some real work done. cute cute cute cute.

She gets her name because a) its a "b" name came which conveniently already and happens to match Bryn and Bree AND defines her i.e, Bailey's Irish Creme; her Magical/Supernatural/Biblical name is for The Magdeline who was a fierece and powerful forward thinker in Biblical times who would not be ignored. Whatever she was to Christ; lover, student, right-hand person, wife, disciple/Apostle, she was a fierce woman who was independent and wouldn't cowtow to the norm of women who were to shut up and simply serve. Which in and of itself is humble and to be lauded among spiritually advanced pple (in my view) but she was not to be ignored. I like that legacy and thus I hope she will continue it by guarding and teaching her new pack and wear her status proudly if this her way. Now to get her fuzzy butt home. Bree Valkyrie the fierce. Bryn Ursus the Bear. Jeremiah Kieren the Prophet, and now Bailey Magdelena, the proud Spiritual thinker and leader. And Katina the impatient.

I loved Oliver's crazy rock-n-roll hair-do as he grew. It was hilarious -- it was even more funny as it started receding and his smooth hair came in at the front. LOL. People asked me if I gave him that hair cut.
