Blurry screen. Poor Miley, I am so sorry for her passing. Abby is definitely getting extra hugs tonight.

I will admit, I have been tearing up over this. I could have given Miley the home she deserved. *Sigh*

There was something very sweet about her wasn't there?

She certainly deserved better than what she got in the beginning.
I'm very thankful she didn't die alone in the shelter. I know that her last days were filled with kindness and that everything that could be done to save her was done.

Rescue is no different than anything else - you put your heart into it knowing that there is a good chance your heart will get broken...but you try anyway.

Miley didn't get her happy ending but ESRA-AL's work goes on. We pulled a black and white little girl from the shelter in Montgomery this afternoon.

Oh no. I'm so sorry to hear of Miley's passing. I thought about her while I traveled and this was the first thread I checked upon getting home. She was such a sweet girl.

Rest in peace, sweet Miley. I'm so glad she got to know the love and care that ESRA provided -- even for just a few days.

RIP Miley...I am crying over this because it still hurts my heart everytime you read of a beautiful pup having to suffer like this. So glad she was able to find love in her last few days. Hugs Kim

I don't know why Miley has affected me the way she has. How did a dog I never met wiggle her way into my heart. I have tears running down my cheek. I am so saddened.

Run Free Miley. If you see my Gram, snuggle by her. She'll take good care of you
