Tinker and Sue need your thoughts

I spoke with Sue(AKNeolover)today and she told me Tinker has a completely torn ACL on one side and that the other side is a partial tear. Tink will be going into surgery next monday. They are only going to fix the completely torn ACL and hopefully the other side will heal on its own, or at least not get any worse.

Please send any good mojo you have, their way.

Okay, I think I'm calm enough now...Thanks for letting everyone know, Sarah (love you!) I am having a really hard time with this as it is the same leg, and same surgery that T-bug had that went horribly wrong. It was JUST a year ago that I lost him, and now I have to put my little one thru the same thing....so, yeah, I'm a little nervous. Thank you for all the well wishes and good vibes = she really needs to come thru this with flying colors or I just may end up in the loony bin!

Jodi - she did the EXACT same thing Bug did - took a flying leap off the deck chasing a squirrel and came down hard on her back leg - you could almost see it happen. Thank goodness she is so frickin' lazy, it has been very easy keeping her from moving around too much. She is very much like Troll was, too, she hardly even made a peep when it happened, and she barely shows any pain. Good for me, I guess, I couldn't ask for an easier pup. I know I am being nervous, but she is my kid...and I am a worry wart by nature!
