Happy Birthday Abby!
I'm sure there will be pictures of her later tonight with her mini bone shaped cake, but for now Happy 2nd Birthday to the sweetest, funniest, and nuttiest puppy girl I've ever known! In the year and a half since we've had her I have learned so much about her (and myself) and I've never smiled more. Until her birthday pictures happen I am sharing a couple of my favorite pictures of her:
When we first got her home, she fell asleep immediately on the floor:
We learned quickly that she just loved to lay in the sun. It must be a Southern thing:
It still seems so strange to see her with a largely black nose. Sometime around September last year her nose started to turn pink and has stayed that way since:
Our girlie hates the rain, or the threat of rain:
But she loves to give kisses and hugs:
And most importantly she has completed our family:
