Let's see...I went to 3...yes, THREE pet stores today just looking for any last minute supplies. You know, in case the food, treats, crate, collar, leashes, bowls, bajillion toys, etc... we have already bought are not enough. The kids woke up this morning and the first thing each of them said was "puppy tomorrow!" My husband is in Chicago yesterday and today and he texted first thing this morning "1 more sleep!" So, yeah, we're all just a little excited! We've been waiting and planning for so long that I can't believe it is finally here!

LOL! In theory, we're all on poop duty. In reality, probably mostly me. That's why we waited to get a new puppy until I was ready.

What a good neighbor boy! My neighbors only have toddlers. Of course, I have 3 perfectly aged, perfectly capable kids of my own....just need to find the right positive reinforcement to get them to do what I want and still wag their little tails...

I'm one of those mean, horrible moms who refuses to pay her kids to do the things that just come with being part of a family. That said, maybe Cash could be a good motivator....you see, we actually plan to call the puppy Cash...his registered name will be Can't Buy Me Love.

Hehehe...Thanks for the mention Terry. Yep. I am the proud owner of Dinero so I love the idea of naming him Cash. That was actually one of the names I was going to choose when i get another swissy. I was offered a blue pup but 2 dogs is good for now. I am so excited for you. Forget the smell of puppy breath. I am a sucker for puppy feet
