Mr. Cash goes to the vet - shameless brag

Took Cash in today for his last puppy boosters and once again our vet was amazed what a good boy he is. She kept referring to him as the perfect puppy both in health and temperament. In fact, she again asked if she could send me her dogs for nail trimming/training. She also asked if she could give another new Swissy puppy owner here in town (who has Cash's half-sister from a litter in Ohio) my email so we might get to have playdates. Can't wait!

Yes, it is a little like going to school for a conference and being told how delightful your children are. Just feels good and is a great affirmation.

It's nice to go to the vet and hear how perfect he is, because then we'll go to puppy class tonight and he'll be a spaz. I can get him to settle anywhere else...even when there are dogs to play...but not at puppy class. Someday.....

Ahhh, you win some, you lose some. Toby was a bit of a spaz at puppy class/beginner's obedience, too (he was the one talking to everyone instead of paying attention)...

Bosker loves the vets, but he is LOUD while we are there. "Whine, howl, bark" at all the people and dogs. I think it will be awhile before we get the perfect puppy award! lol

So, Cash was actually not a spaz at all at puppy class on Wednesday evening. In fact, he is moving up to level 1 obedience this week. We'll see how he does with that.
