Camping with the pups?

We're going camping this weekend and considering taking the pups for the first time.

I have no doubt Morgan will be fine. She chills wherever she is and has not an ounce of fear in her. Tek, however, I'm a little concerned about. I think he'll be ok ... he's slept outside before and does much, much better with Morgan around in new places. Like having her there will stop any bad things that may come, lol. I plan on taking their new Kuranda beds so they'll be more comfortable and have something of "theirs" with us, but wondering if anyone has any tips to make it easier on him?

I am not going to be much help - but my dogs took right to camping. They thought it was great fun to go out and pitch a tent and then all of us sleep in it. We were close to an old metal windmill the first time which freaked Boku out a little. But we survived and they loved it.

Thanks! We're still debating, because it might turn out to be a bigger group than expected, so if they don't make it this trip, we'll definitely try it next time when it's just us.

I bet you'd be surprised. I think he'd do great. we bring a REALLY long rope and carabiner and let Copper roam around the campsite (if he wasn't sort of tethered he'd go visit other sites and chase deer).

Maybe bring an awesome bone or something to give Tek when you get there so he thinks its the best deal ever.
