We found a Pug!

Found him today VERY hot from running (in 100+ degree weather) behind some guy who didn't even know him LOL. I put him in a crate and cooled him off inside my Mom's house. We waited for a bit to see if anyone would come looking...they didn't so we put up flyers around her house, and we brought him home.

No chip, had the 24hr vet check for one, put up a CL ad too. He can't stay long, I'll place him with our city shelter to make sure he's where the owner would look. Put my name down as a contact in case they don't find/want him. Contact rescue just so there's a back up plan for him. I want to give the owners their fair chance to reclaim him first.

He is so FUNNY, and very, very itchy. Neutered, short nails and very social so someone surely would be missing his silly self.
